· Deleting a diagram or image

To delete a diagram or image that has been attached to a record:

1.      In Edit Mode, navigate to the record containing the diagram or image you want to delete.

If more than one diagram or image file is attached to that record, navigate to the one you want to delete.

2.      Click the Delete icon in the diagram toolbar.

A confirmation box will appear.

3.      Click OK to delete the diagram or image.

Note that deleting a diagram or image from a record does not delete the actual diagram or image file from your computer, only from the record.
