· Locating a specific attachment
There are two methods of performing a search of attachment files. If you have several attachments on a record, this is a fast way of locating a particular diagram or document.
The “Starts With” search method
In this method, typing in the search box navigates to the first attachment on the list whose name begins with the letters you have typed. As you type more letters or numbers, First Look Pro will get closer to the exact attachment you want. You can also combine this method with using the scroll bar on the right of the preview window by typing a few letters to get close to the desired file, then use the scroll bar or arrows to go to the exact file.
The “Contains” search Method
In this method some unique letters or a key word is typed into the search box and the first attachment which contains those letters is displayed. Clicking “Next” automatically scrolls to the next object which contains the key word, and so on until the end of the list is reached.
