· Sorting diagrams and images

The Attachment Sorter command allows you to change the display order of diagrams and attachments for a selected record. You may want to do this to position attachments so the most important ones appear first.

To sort diagram and images in a record:

1.      In Edit Mode, navigate to the record where the attachments are contained.

2.      Click the Change Order button on the diagram information screen to display the Attachment Sorter dialog box.

The attachment sorter displays all diagrams, images and other attachments associated with the current record, as well as their file type and any comments entered into the notes field.

3.      Select the name of the desired attachment in the Sorter dialog box.

4.       Click the “Up and Down” arrows to change to change its position in the list.

5.      Click Save to close the Attachment Sorter dialog and save the changes made.
