· Viewing a diagram or image
There are several ways to view diagrams and images in First Look Pro. A small version of each diagram or image file attached to the current record is automatically displayed in the Preview Window when you navigate to that record.

If there are multiple diagrams and images attached to a record, you can page between them by using the left and right arrow navigation tools at the top of the diagram area.

Clicking the “Maximize Arrow” icon located in the upper-left corner of the Diagram Preview Window maximizes the diagram display area to make it easier to view the diagram or image.
You can use the viewing tools in the upper left corner to adjust your view of the diagram or image.

Clicking the “Minimize Arrow” icon located in the upper-left corner of the maximized Diagram Preview Window reduces the maximized window to its original size.
Diagrams (.czd files) have more viewing and editing options than image files.

Diagram files can be opened in the Diagram Viewer, a separate application that is designed to work directly with First Look Pro and is included with it. The Viewer allows you to view your diagrams, make simple “red-line” changes and add notes to the diagram, but you can’t edit the original diagram.

To open the currently-displayed diagram in the Diagram Viewer, simply click the “Launch Viewer” icon.

If you have other CAD Zone diagram software, such as the Fire Zone or the Crime Zone, you can launch the currently-selected diagram in that program by clicking either the Fire Zone icon

or the Crime Zone icon

depending on whether you are a fire or police user.
