· Select Mutual Aid

This command toggles First Look Pro into and out of Mutual Aid databases.

When you choose Select Mutual Aid from the menu, the Mutual Aid Department selection menu displays, and you can choose the desired mutual aid department from the list.

When you choose a mutual aid department from the list, First Look Pro displays that department’s records, and you can view those records just as you would your own.  While mutual aid is active, your own files are not available, and you will not be able to switch to Edit Mode.

When you want to switch back to your own records, choose Select Mutual Aid from the File menu again and select "Return to your department" from the Mutual Aid list.
