Single Setup Options

If you selected “Single Installation” from the Synchronization Options screen, you can now choose whether to perform a completely new installation, or to upgrade your First Look Pro 3 data. (If you are installing First Look Pro 4 on multiple computers, see that section later in this document.)

If you select “New Installation,” First Look Pro 4 will be installed on your computer with a sample database of just a couple records. These records are there so you can see how First Look Pro will look as you enter your own data. Feel free to go into Edit Mode and delete them when you’re ready to get started entering your actual data.

If you have previously been using First Look Pro 3, your information must be converted to work with First Look Pro 4. See the previous section on Upgrading Your Database, for more information.
