· Printing Reports
All of the information that you enter into First Look Pro can be printed out in report format. You can choose to print information from a single occupancy record or information from all of your occupancy records. You can also limit your printed reports to a particular category of information -- for example, you could print out just the Contacts Information for every occupancy.
To print a report:
1. If you want to print a report for a specific occupancy record, navigate to that record.
2. Click the Print icon in the navigation toolbar.

The First Look Pro Reports screen will appear. The icons represent the different information categories for which you can print reports.

3. Choose which records you want to print by clicking the appropriate radio button.
“Print Only the Active Occupant Record” will print information from one record only – the one you were viewing when you clicked the Print icon.
“Print All the Records” will print information from every record in your database.

4. Choose which information you want to print by clicking the appropriate report icon.

Clicking the Structure icon, for example, will create a report that contains all of the information from the Structure screen of the selected record(s).
When you click an icon, the Report Preview Screen will appear to show you what your report will look like.

Use the navigation tools at the top of the screen to browse through multi-page reports.

If you selected the “Print All the Records” option, clicking the “file tree” icon on the toolbar displays a list of all the records in your report on the right of the screen.

Clicking on a record name on that list will navigate the Preview Window to that record’s location in the report.

5.
Print your report by clicking on the Print icon in the upper left
of your screen.
To close the Report Preview Window, click the Close button at the top of the screen.
