· Printing out the Inspection Form

The First Look Pro Inspection Form is designed to assist fire service users who need to conduct inspections of occupancies.  You can print out this blank inspection form and fill in the information in the field, bring the completed form back to the station, and use it to enter that information into First Look Pro.

To print out a blank First Look Pro Inspection Form:

1.      Choose First Look Pro Inspection Form from the Help menu.

First Look Pro will load the blank inspection form into Adobe Acrobat.

2.      Choose Print from the File menu or click the Print icon in the toolbar.

Adobe Acrobat will print the form. 

3.      Exit Adobe Acrobat by choosing Exit from the File menu.
