· Attachment Sorter

This command allows you to change the display order of diagrams and attachments for a selected record. You may want to do this to position attachments so the most important ones appear first.

The attachment sorter dialog displays any attachments contained in the current record in a table format.

When in edit mode clicking the “Change Order” button on the Diagram Information Screen causes the attachment sorter dialog to be displayed.

The attachment sorter displays all diagrams, images and other attachments associated with the current record as well as their file type, and any comments entered into the notes field.

Select the desired attachment in the Sorter dialog box, and then use the “Up and Down” arrows to change its order of position in the list.

Save closes the Attachment Sorter dialog and saves the changes made.

Cancel close the Attachment Sorter dialog without saving changed made to the order.
