· Change Order

When in Edit Mode, the Change Order command allows you to change the display order of records on the H2O, HazMat, and Contacts detail screens. Changing the order in which items are displayed allows you to put the most critical items at the top of the list.

The Sorter Dialog displays a table showing all the detail records for Hazmat, H20, or Contacts.

When in Edit Mode, clicking the “Change Order” button causes the Sorter dialog to be displayed. Depending on which information screen is open, the Sorter displays all materials, contacts, or hydrant locations associated with the current record.

Click on any line in the table to select that item in the sorter dialog, and then use the “Up and Down” arrows to change its position in the list.

The OK button closes the Sorter dialog and returns you to the information screen where you can view the changes made to the viewing order.

Click the Save icon to save the changes made to the record. Cancel close the Attachment Sorter dialog without saving changed made to the order.
