· Entering default city, state and ZIP/postal codes
Instead of having to type the same city, state and ZIP or postal code information individually into each occupancy record as you create it, you can set a default city, state and ZIP/postal code that will appear automatically in each new record. To enter a default city, state and ZIP/postal code:
1. In Edit Mode, Select First Look Pro Preferences from the File Menu.
2. Scroll down to the Default City field and enter the city name you want to appear automatically on every new record.
3. Enter the default state name or abbreviation in the Default State box.
4. Enter the default ZIP or postal code in the Default ZIP/Postal Code box. If there are multiple ZIP or postal codes in your area, enter the most commonly occurring one.

5. Click the Save icon to save your changes.

6. Click the Exit icon to exit Preferences.

Don’t worry if some of your records will require a different ZIP/postal code or even a different city or state from the default you set. You can always change that information manually in any record. The defaults are just a convenient shortcut.
