· The Plans Screen

Use this screen to link any previously-created tactical documents for the location to the occupancy record.  First Look Pro can display files with the following extensions: .doc, .pdf, .xls, .html, .htm, .txt, .rtf, and .ppt.

The View Mode Plans Screen shows a list of all the tactical plans linked to this occupancy record.  Double-clicking on a file name in the list will open that file in the Document View window.
