Lesson 13 - Printing Program Reports

All of the information that you enter into First Look Pro can be automatically printed in a report format. These reports come in handy when you need a printed copy to submit for approval, check your information against, or use for inspections.

To print a report:

Select the Print Record icon from the navigation toolbar.

The First Look Pro Reports dialog box appears on screen.

Select a Report Criteria by choosing either:

Print only the Active Occupant Record

                      Or

Print All the Records

Select the report that you want to print by placing your cursor over the thumbnail icon on the reports page. When a “Printer” icon appears inside the thumbnail click the mouse once.

The report you selected is now posted on the screen in a preview mode.

Use the scrolling tools located at the bottom of the screen to browse through the report and confirm that all of the information is correct. The report scrolling tools work in the same way the other scrolling tools do. Use these to review each report before viewing.

Print the report by clicking on the Print icon  located on the Report Toolbar at the left of your screen.

When the “Print all Records” option has been chosen, all of the records in your database are created for the topic that you selected. The complete list of pre-plan entries is displayed in a “file-tree” format on the left-hand side of the menu. Navigate through your pre-plan records quickly by clicking on the desired record on the left-hand file tree menu.

Congratulations! You have just completed the First Look Pro tutorials. Now you are ready to start entering your own Pre-fire records into the program.
