· Deleting a record

To delete a record:

1.      In Edit Mode, navigate to the record you want to delete.

2.      Click the Delete icon in the Navigation Toolbar.

A warning box will be displayed.

3.      Click OK to delete the record and all its related information from your database.

Note that any diagram files, image files and tactical documents you have associated with the deleted record will remain untouched on your computer.
