· Navigating between records

To page from record to record, use the navigation tools. 

First - navigates to the first record in the database.

Previous - navigates one record at a time toward the first record in the database.

Next - navigates one record at a time towards the end in the database.

Last - navigates to the last record in the database.

Note that records are listed in alphanumeric order by preplan ID number.  Records with preplan ID numbers that begin with numbers are first in order (sorted numerically) and records with preplan ID numbers that begin with letters come afterwards, sorted alphabetically.   So a record with a preplan ID number of “1” is likely to come first in the order, and a record with a preplan ID number of “Z-123” is very likely to come last.
