· Fire & Police Information Screens

These screens allow you to view and enter a variety of information about the currently-selected occupancy record.  Users see one of two different sets of screens, depending on whether they are fire service users or police users.

The indicator buttons on the left side of the screen function like tabs, allowing users to navigate between the different fire and police information screens displayed on the right.    When there is information entered in a screen, its indicator button changes color and the red light next to it lights up to show that information is available for viewing.

There are seven fire information screens: Structure, Access, H2O (water supply), Protection, HazMat, Strategy and Contacts.

There are seven police information screens: Structure, Access, Shut-offs, Hazards, Tactical, Plans and Contacts.

If you have Users and Passwords enabled, and if your user account gives you administrator privileges, you can view and edit both the fire and police information screens.  To switch between fire and police screens, choose Switch User Type from the File menu.
