This screen is where you enter the name, address and other basic information for a new occupant record.  Click in a field to enter information in it. You don’t have to fill in every field, but at a minimum you must fill in the occupant name, address 1, and pre-plan ID fields in order to create a new record.  

 

 

To enter a Last Inspection date, click in the Last Inspection field and navigate to the correct date in the popup calendar. 

 

 

 

The left arrow takes the calendar back one month; the right arrow takes it ahead one month.  Clicking on a date in the calendar automatically fills in the date in your form and dismisses the calendar. 

 

When you are finished filling in the form, click the Save icon and the new record will be added to your database.

 

Use the Navigation Toolbar to move between records, and to print, create and delete them.

 

 

First - navigates to the first record in the database.

Previous - navigates one record at a time toward the first record in the database.

Next - navigates one record at a time towards the end in the database.

Last - navigates to the last record in the database.

Print - allows you to print reports on the current record or on all records in the database.

New - allows you to create a new occupant record. (Edit Mode only)

Save - saves a new record or any changes made to the current record.  (Edit Mode only)

Delete - deletes the current record. (Edit Mode only)

 

Clicking on the “Big Notes” magnifying glass icon causes the notes window to be maximized so that the notes are displayed in a larger, easier-to-read format.

 

Clicking the “Minimize Arrow” icon located in the upper-left corner of the maximized notes window reduces the maximized window to its original size.

 

Clicking the Search icon opens a Search dialog box that lets you search for a record by name, address or PrePlan ID number, depending on which icon you click.
